DŽIUGAS cheese souffle

Ingredients

125g shredded cheese DŽIUGAS

1 glass skimmed milk

40g butter

40g flour

4 eggs

1/4 glass sour cream

some ground nutmeg

Preparation

Cut off the upper part of egg shells with scissors. Cautiously separate the whites of eggs from yolks.
Melt butter in a pot slowly add flour and then – skimmed milk. Add 2 yolks, sour cream and DŽIUGAS cheese sprinkle some nutmeg.
Whisk 2 whites and cautiously add the mass to the earlier prepared mix.
Fill in the egg shells or, if you wish, small cups (3/4 of their volume) with the mix, sprinkle some shredded DŽIUGAS cheese on top and bake in an oven, at 200ºC for 15 minutes.
