Artichoke puree with DŽIUGAS cheese


1 can steamed artichokes
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 small, finely chopped onion
1/2 glass shredded cheese DŽIUGAS
1 glass skimmed milk
a tiny bunch parsley


Blot up and chop artichokes finely. Heat oil in a pot, fry up onion and garlic in it. Add milk and heat up until it boils. Add a half of shredded cheese and boil until melting. Add artichokes and stir the mass well up. Divide it into 4 cups or bowls fit for oven use. Add the rest of the DŽIUGAS cheese on the top. Bake in an oven for five minutes, at very high temperature. Serve with roasted bread or bread and butter
